Welcome to Cloud Tech Gurus. By accessing our website (www.cloudtechgurus.com) and using our sourcing, consulting, or AI readiness services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Cloud Tech Gurus (CTG) provides technology matchmaking, vendor evaluations, and CX/AI consulting. We act as an independent intermediary to help businesses identify and source contact center and AI solutions.
2. No Broker-Dealer Liability
While we provide expert recommendations based on over 3,000 hours of vendor intelligence:
- Third-Party Contracts: Any contract for services (CCaaS, AI, Outsourcing, etc.) is strictly between you (the Client) and the Supplier. CTG is not a party to those contracts.
- No Guarantee of Results: While we strive for the “perfect match,” CTG does not guarantee the specific performance, uptime, or technical success of third-party platforms or service providers.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the “Gurus” branding, proprietary AI Readiness frameworks, and blog content, is the property of Cloud Tech Gurus. You may not reproduce, distribute, or “scrape” our vendor intelligence data for commercial use without written consent.
4. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate data when requesting a Business Requirements Document (BRD) or AI Maturity Assessment.
- Professional Conduct: You agree not to use our site or “Guru” network for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with the site’s technical security.
5. AI Readiness & Assessments
Our AI Readiness reports are based on the data provided by your organization. These reports are intended as strategic guides. Implementation of AI technologies involves inherent risks, and CTG is not liable for data breaches or operational failures resulting from the client’s final choice of technology or internal implementation.
6. Compensation Disclosure
Cloud Tech Gurus may receive commissions or referral fees from suppliers in our network. This allow us to provide many of our sourcing services at no cost to our clients. Our recommendations remain independent and are based on the “Best Fit” for your specific BRD.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Tech Gurus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our consulting services or the performance of vendors sourced through our platform.
