We Solved a Problem No One Else Would

Founded in 2018, CTG emerged from a clear market gap. While advising enterprises on CCaaS modernization, our founders were repeatedly asked the same question: Who can we trust for workforce management, quality assurance, analytics, and emerging CX technologies?

Clients weren’t looking for another vendor — they wanted objective, experienced guidance. The industry had no independent authority to provide it. We built one.

In 2020, CTG launched alongside seasoned contact center practitioners to deliver vendor-neutral advisory across the entire CX technology ecosystem. What began as complementary guidance quickly evolved into a structured, enterprise-grade consulting and technology services platform.

In the years that followed, Cloud Tech Gurus experienced accelerating demand from enterprise clients, consultants, and technology partners alike.
