How Free Sourcing Works And Why It’s Genuinely Free
Vendors allocate budget to channel partnerships the same way they fund internal sales and marketing. When you work with CTG through a Letter of Agency, vendors compensate us from that existing budget. Your pricing isn’t affected. In fact, we often negotiate better pricing because we represent multiple clients to each vendor, giving us leverage you wouldn’t have independently.
The LOA is a simple agreement that designates CTG as your sourcing agent for a specific project, typically for 30 days with automatic renewal until we find a match or you terminate (which you can do anytime for any reason).
