While challenges vary from business to business, managing remote teams comes with its own unique set. The impersonal nature of the remote office setting undoubtedly presents a myriad of challenges.

On the other hand, I couldn’t help but notice how the right technology could solve nearly all of these top issues associated with working remotely. Then I wondered how many of these top issues are really just outdated tech stacks?

Technology is about to start moving really fast now and a slow adoption mentality will be fairly painful for everyone involved. Now is the time for companies to start upgrading. Take a leap forward to maintain a competitive edge!
