Peregrine Discover - Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [09/24/2026]

By registering for the Peregrine Discover Early Access waitlist or Beta program (“the Program”), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not submit the registration form.

1. What This Program Is

Peregrine Discover (“Discover”) is a product owned and operated by Peregrine Labs, LLC (“Peregrine”), distributed exclusively through Cloud Tech Gurus, LLC (“Cloud Tech Gurus,” “we,” “us”). Discover is currently in Beta: an early, evolving version of the product offered to a limited group of registrants ahead of general availability.

Registering through this page adds you to the Early Access waitlist. It is not a purchase, and it does not create a contract for ongoing service beyond what’s described here.

2. Eligibility and Registration Order

  • Registrants on a currently live platform (see the page for current status) may be reviewed for access sooner than registrants on platforms still onboarding.
  • All other registrants are placed on a waitlist. Position is determined by registration timestamp, and platforms are onboarded in the order demand and readiness allow.
  • Registration order affects priority for review, not a guaranteed activation date. We do not commit to a specific date by which any individual registrant will receive access.

3. Review and Onboarding Process

Registering does not grant immediate or self-serve access. Every registration is manually reviewed by our team before any account is connected. If approved, we will contact you to schedule a guided walkthrough before your CCaaS environment is connected to Discover. We reserve the right to decline or delay access to any registrant at our discretion, including registrants who do not clearly fit the intended use case (contact center / CX teams evaluating or operating a CCaaS platform).

4. What Information We Collect

When you register, we collect the information submitted on the form (name, work email, company, CCaaS platform, contact center size, and any optional fields you complete). By checking the consent box, you agree that Cloud Tech Gurus and Peregrine may contact you about your registration, your position on the waitlist, related Discover updates, and other contact center-related technologies and services that Cloud Tech Gurus offers or represents. You can opt out of non-Discover communications at any time.

If and when you are approved and choose to connect a CCaaS environment to Discover:

  • Discover reads and maps your platform’s configuration data (routing, IVR flows, queues, integrations, and related metadata) to build your environment view.
  • Your configuration data stays associated with your own environment. Peregrine does not sell your configuration data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect any CCaaS environment you provide credentials for.

5. The Free Tier

Discover’s core tier is offered at no cost during the period described on the registration page. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier, or to change what is included in it, at any time and with reasonable notice. Nothing in this Program guarantees that any tier will remain free indefinitely.

6. Beta Software Disclaimer

Discover is Beta software. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Beta features may change, be limited, contain errors, or be removed without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Discover, including its underlying mapping and serialization technology (“Orca,” patent-pending), is the property of Peregrine Labs. Nothing in this Program transfers ownership of that technology, any related trademarks, or any Peregrine or Cloud Tech Gurus branding to you.

8. Confidentiality

Any non-public information Peregrine or Cloud Tech Gurus shares with you about the Beta program, product roadmap, or unreleased features is confidential and may not be shared publicly or with third parties without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peregrine Labs and Cloud Tech Gurus are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this Program, including damages related to data accuracy, service interruption, or delayed access.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Program or to Discover at any time, for any reason, including misuse, violation of these terms, or discontinuation of the Beta. You may withdraw from the waitlist or discontinue use at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Program evolves. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
